What's Inside

> Gluten-Free Organic Rolled Oats (Glyphosate-Free)

Rolled Oats are an incredibly nutritious and balanced whole grain. They are a good source of carbs and fiber, including the powerful fiber beta-glucan, and provide more protein and fat than most grains. Oats are loaded with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Oats can help lower blood pressure, improve blood sugar control, increase good bacteria in the digestive tract, reduce bad cholesterol, and increase the feeling of fullness.

> Golden Flax

Fiber! Fiber! Fiber! Because the average American falls significantly short of the recommended fiber intake, we packed GB full of it. Fiber is key for healthy bowel movements, reduces blood sugar, and has been linked to lower body weights.

Flaxseed also provides your body with one of two essential fatty acids that your body doesn't produce. Omega-3 fatty acids found in flaxseed, called ALA, are ~magic~. They are proven to prevent cholesterol from being deposited in heart blood vessels, reduce inflammation in the arteries and can even reduce tumor growth.

*Want more? * ...Flaxseed also contain up to 800 times more lignans than other plant foods. Lignans can prevent breast cancer and reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

> Olive Oil

Don't even get us started on all the types of oils found in other products! We worked our buns off to ensure Granola Butter has the cleanest and least processed oils.

Olive oil is predominantly (73%) a monounsaturated fat called oleic acid, which has shown to be extremely heart-healthy. Oleic Acid may help reduce inflammation, improve brain function and may have beneficial effects on genes linked to cancer.

Olive Oil is also loaded with powerful antioxidants which may fight bacteria, serious disease, stroke and heart disease.

> Coconut Oil (Allergen-Free)

Let me hear you say superfood! Most fats in the diet are called long-chain triglycerides, but the fats in coconut oil are known as medium chain triglycerides (MCTs). When you eat these types of fats, they go straight to the liver, where they are used as a quick source of energy or turned into ketones. Ketones have powerful benefits for the brain, and are being studied as treatment for epilepsy, Alzheimer’s and other conditions.

To be conscious of those with tree-nut allergies we use an allergen free coconut oil (Refined Coconut Oil)! While coconut is classified as a tree nut by the FDA, and coconut is a known allergen, refined coconut oil is free of coconut protein and is not allergenic. For this reason, the FDA does not require coconut to be listed as an allergen.. This means GB is now free of the top 14 allergens and safe for those with allergies or in nut-free schools.

Needless to say, we're in love with the coco!

> Maple Syrup

100% natural and unrefined. We dare you to look at all of the products you eat and see how many have refined sugars. To us, it’s important we keep our products free of all that nonsense. Maple syrup is unrefined, meaning it contains naturally-occurring vitamins and minerals, including calcium, potassium, iron, zinc, manganese, plus at least 24 different antioxidants.

> Cinnamon
