White Chocolate Protein Pancakes

I'm a big fan of protein pancakes. They still taste like regular pancakes (win), and they keep me full til lunch. I used Vanilla Protein from Healthwarrior's newest product: their Superfood Protein Powder. This stuff is crack, y'all. White Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

Butter or ghee (for greasing the pan)

2 eggs

1/2 cup Healthwarrior Superfood Protein

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup almond or cashew milk

Toppings:

White chocolate chips 

Almond Butter or Granola Butter

Mix eggs, Healthwarrior Superfood Protein, baking powder and non-dairy milk in a medium bowl. Heat a skillet and grease with butter/ghee. Using a 1/4 cup measurement, scoop out the pancake batter onto the skillet and flip once small bubbles have formed (about 1-2 minutes per side). Top with granola butter or almond butter, and white chocolate chips!
