Spiced Caramel Apple Puff Galette (Nut-Free)

Pair this with some hot spiced cider and you're in business, baby 😍
Here's what you'll need:
🍎 4 apples, thinly sliced
🍎 ¼ cup brown sugar
🍎 1 ½ tbsp flour
🍎 ½ tsp cinnamon
🍎 ½ tsp vanilla extract
🍎 Pinch of salt
🍎 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to instructions
🍎 ¼ cup caramel sauce
🍎 2 tbsp cream
🍎 1 egg, beaten, for egg wash
Here's what you'll do:
🍎 Preheat the oven to 350F. Line an oven proof dish or skillet with parchment paper; set aside.
🍎 Place the apples in a medium bowl. Add the flour, brown sugar, Original Granola Butter®, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Toss to cover the apples.
🍎 Place the thawed puff pastry into the prepared dish or skillet.
🍎 Pile the apple onto the puff pastry.
🍎 Mix together the caramel sauce and cream, and then drizzle half of the mixture over the apples.
🍎 Fold the corners of the pastry in, and then brush with the beaten egg.
🍎 Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the apples are cooked and the pastry is golden brown.
🍎 Remove from the oven, and top with powdered sugar or ice cream if desired!!
