Granola Butter Chia Pudding (nut-free, vegan, gluten-free)

 

Chia pudding is one of those things that truly is... a vehicle for the toppings. Amirite?! I've never eaten a plain chia pudding and loved my life. But throw some Granola Butter on top? ZAMN ZADDY — gimme. 
What you need:
  • 1/2 cup oat milk (or any milk!)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Splash vanilla
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together (whisk or fork works best), removing any clumps.
  2. Let sit for at least 30 minutes (I let mine sit overnight) in the fridge. 
  3. Inhale.
