Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk 1/4c chia seeds 1/4 tsp beet root powder, for color
Toppings: 1 T almond butter 1 T cashew butter 1/2 BuffBake birthday cake protein cookie, broken into pieces
Directions: Whisk chia seeds & beet root powder into almond milk. Let sit for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight). Top with nut butters and BuffBake cookie. DEVOUR.
