Frozen Hot Cacao with Cordyceps Mushrooms
Frozen Cordyceps Hot Cacao
- 1c almond milk
- 1c frozen banana
- 3 packets Mushroom Hot Cacao Mix with Cordyceps
- 1/2c coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder or collagen peptides (optional)
Blend almond milk, frozen bananas and Cordyceps Mushroom Hot Cacao mix in a high-speed blender until consistency is thick. (Optional: add a scoop of chocolate protein powder or collagen peptides for added protein!) Pour half of the mixture into a glass, and pop in the freezer for 5 minutes. Spoon coconut yogurt into the glass, and put back in freezer for 5 more minutes. Remove from freezer and add remaining smoothie mixture to glass. Devour!
