Chocolate Birthday Cake Edible Cookie Dough (Kid-Friendly, High Protein, School Safe, Nut-Free)

There is hands down NOTHING better than eating cookie dough straight out of the mixer. This edible version is worry-free (no salmonella plz and thx), allergen-friendly, and PACKED with protein. We promise, it tastes so good, your kids won't even notice 😉

 

Here's what you'll need:

🤎 16 oz cottage cheese

🤎 3 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder of choice, divided

🤎 2 tbsp cocoa powder

🤎 2 tsp vanilla

🤎 ¼ cup maple syrup

🤎 3 tbsp Chocolate Birthday Cake Granola Butter®

🤎 1 ½ cups almond flour

🤎 1 cup dark chocolate chips

🤎 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

 

Here's what you'll do:

🤎 In a blender, add the cottage cheese, 2 scoops of the protein powder, vanilla, maple syrup, and Chocolate Birthday Cake Granola Butter®. Blend until smooth.

🤎 Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, and mix in the remaining 1 scoop of protein powder and almond flour.

🤎 Then, add in the chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles, and mix until well combined.

🤎 Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!!!
