Ingredients: 1/4lb wild salmon Avocado oil Salt and lemon pepper, to taste
Directions: Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Drizzle avocado oil in center of sheet and place salmon filet on top, skin-side down. Drizzle more oil on top of filet and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 12 minutes, then turn oven on BROIL and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy. ENJOI.
