C&C Overnight Protein Oats (Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan)

We are on our protein GAME lately 💪🏼 And these overnight oats pack a punch with tons of protein and unreal flavor 🔥 Plus, they're easy to prep ahead so you can have a delicious high-protein breakfast all week long for those busy mornings!!

 

Here's what you'll need:

💘 1/2 cup GF rolled oats

💘 3/4 cup protein shake (I used OWYN Cookies & Cream flavor) - you could also omit this and just do 3/4 - 1 cup milk of choice + 2 scoops protein powder of choice!

💘 1 tablespoon Cookies & Cream Granola Butter®

💘 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips

💘 1 tsp coconut oil

💘 2 Oreos (or Oreo dupe)

 

Here's what you'll do:

🎉 Pour oats into a bowl or tupperware, and add protein shake (or milk + protein powder) to cover.

🎉 Stir mixture and add 1 crushed Oreo cookie + Cookies & Cream Granola Butter®. Stir again and set aside.

🎉 In a separate bowl, add white chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 15 second increments until melted.

🎉 Pour melted white chocolate on top of oats mixture and add another crumbled Oreo plus extra Cookies & Cream Granola Butter® if desired.

🎉 Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
